For copied brands, and for exposed people

What hides online,
we make it disappear.

Érèbe finds counterfeits of your brand and your exposed information, identifies who publishes them and gets them taken down, on your behalf. Nothing goes out without your approval.

Use cases

Ten situations, one reflex

You report it or Érèbe spots it. You approve. Érèbe sends, follows up and checks it’s gone, or hands the file to your lawyer when the case calls for it.

In these examples, the protected brand is Érèbe itself; sellers, accounts and people are fictitious.

Example

erebe-store-fictif.exampleÉrèbe-style hoodieNo logo: just your name
Offline
  1. Your name spotted, even disguised: “Er3be”, “erebe-store”
  2. Word mark checked against the official register
  3. You approve in one tap
  4. Request to the host and the domain registrar
  5. Store offline

Word mark · Store and domain

Your name used without your logo

A registered name can be enforced on its own. Érèbe looks for it in listing titles, store names and new domain names.

  • Variants and deliberate misspellings caught
  • New domain names monitored
  • Similar filings: opposition deadline calculated

Example

“Official Érèbe reseller”revendeur-fictif.example
Removed
  1. The site claims to be an official reseller
  2. Not on your list of authorized resellers, no proof on its domain
  3. You confirm: not authorized
  4. Takedown request sent on your behalf
  5. Claim removed

Brand · Distribution

A site claims to be an official reseller, and isn’t

You keep the list of your authorized resellers; each can prove it on its own domain. Érèbe spots those who claim it falsely.

  • Authorized list kept by you
  • Proof checked on the reseller’s domain
  • Social media accounts included

Example

@erebe.outlet.fictifInstagram · uses the Érèbe logo
Disabled
  1. Your logo recognized in its photos
  2. You confirm: it isn’t you
  3. Report to the platform: registered trademark + mandate
  4. Follow-up, case tracking
  5. Account disabled

Brand · Social networks

A fake Instagram account sells your brand

Érèbe reports the account to the platform with your trademark registration and your mandate, follows up, and shows you where the case stands.

  • Logo read in photos
  • Report through the official channel
  • Tracked until there’s an answer

Ready
  1. First takedown obtained
  2. Back under another name: linked to the same seller
  3. Time-stamped items, SHA-256 fingerprint for each
  4. PDF file ready for your lawyer

Brand · Repeat offense

The repeat offender who changes names

Every finding is time-stamped and sealed with its fingerprint. When the same seller comes back, the file is already ready for a lawyer or a judge.

  • Accounts linked to the same seller
  • Time-stamped screenshots, SHA-256 fingerprint
  • File exportable in one click

Example

Your official hoodie photo, reused by another store
Your photo, on another storeboutique-fictive-58 · cropped, recompressed
Removed
  1. Fingerprint of your original found, despite the cropping
  2. Complete DMCA and DSA notice, or nothing goes out
  3. You approve in one tap
  4. Photo removed
  5. Counter-notice: reinstatement deadline tracked

Copyright · Photo or video

Your photos or videos reused without permission

No registration needed: copyright arises with the work. Érèbe keeps the fingerprint of your originals and finds copies, even edited ones.

  • Fingerprints of your photos and videos
  • DMCA and DSA notices done right
  • Counter-notices tracked for you

Example

The same hoodie, without the logo
Hooded sweatshirt, unbrandedboutique-fictive-41 · same cut, same pocket
File ready
  1. You report it: your design, without the logo
  2. Protection checked: registered design, or unregistered in the EU
  3. Pages captured, action deadlines calculated
  4. File ready for your lawyer

Designs

Your design copied, without the logo

Without a logo, it’s the design of the garment that protects you. Érèbe checks which right applies and until when, captures the copy and prepares the file.

  • Registered design, or unregistered (EU, 3 years)
  • Filing window still open: flagged
  • File for your lawyer or IP attorney

Example

Claim 1
  • Feature Aevidence attached
  • Feature Bevidence attached
  • Feature Cto be shown
For the lawyer
  1. Patent checked: in force, in your name
  2. Claims mapped to the product, feature by feature
  3. Limitation period and deadlines calculated
  4. File handed to your lawyer

Patent

A patented invention copied by a competitor

A patent is assessed claim by claim: that’s the job of a lawyer or a patent attorney. Érèbe sends nothing; it prepares the file.

  • Patent checked at the source
  • Claims ↔ product chart
  • No automatic notices

Example

Delisted
  1. Erasure request to the site: GDPR, Art. 17
  2. Delisting requested from the search engine
  3. Page delisted for your name
  4. Site’s legal deadline tracked
  5. No reply: complaint to the data protection authority ready to sign

Individual · Right to be forgotten

An old article or a directory shows your address

Érèbe requests erasure from the site and delisting from the search engine, tracks the one-month legal deadline, then prepares a complaint to the data protection authority (in France, the CNIL) if no one answers.

  • Erasure, objection, delisting
  • Published when you were a minor: stronger protection
  • Legal deadline tracked, data protection authority if needed

Example

Reported pagesConfidential request · priority track
Removed
  1. You give the page addresses, without sending any image
  2. Fingerprint computed on your device: the image never leaves it
  3. Priority report to the platforms
  4. Pages removed

Individual · Intimate images

Intimate images shared without your consent

What matters is your consent, not who owns the images. Érèbe handles these requests first, without ever receiving the images.

  • Dedicated track, separate from copyright
  • Pages documented, complaint prepared if you wish
  • Minor at the time: report to your country’s official platform (in France, PHAROS)

Example

Three new listings copy your hoodie. Same seller as last month.

Sent, you’re in copy. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s down.

The mandate

Nothing goes out without you

Érèbe acts in your name, within the limits of your rights. Every request is submitted to you; later, you can allow automatic approval above a threshold you choose.

  1. I

    Detect

Your products and your name are continuously compared with listings, stores, social networks and search results.

  2. II

    Identify

Behind repeat-offender accounts, Érèbe traces back to the person or company publishing.

  3. III

    Take down

Request in your name, follow-ups, formal notice if needed. Then a check that it’s really gone.

  • ApprovalEvery request goes through you.
  • EvidenceTime-stamped screenshots, a fingerprint for each item.
  • DeadlinesLegal deadlines are tracked for you.
  • ReportEvery month: what’s left, what’s gone.

Who it’s for

A brand to defend, or a name to protect

Brands

Fakes of your brand, taken down.

  • Marketplaces, Vinted, online stores, social networks
  • Sellers grouped, approved by you in one tap
  • Formal notice and evidence file when you need to go further

People

Your name, only where you accept it.

  • Erasure requested from the publishing site (GDPR, Art. 17)
  • Delisting from search engines
  • Legal deadline tracked, then a complaint to the data protection authority (in France, the CNIL) if needed

Hémera

Hémera explains your rights

Érèbe’s assistant answers in plain words: what the law allows, what Érèbe can request for you, and how long it takes.

  • Do I need a registered trademark?
  • How long does the site have to reply?
  • What if the seller comes back?

Example

An old article still mentions my address. Can it be removed?

Often, yes. We can ask the site to erase your address, and search engines to stop showing the page for your name. The site has one month to reply.

Shall I prepare both requests?

Yes, thanks.

Questions

What to know first

Another question?

Write to us, we reply by email.

contact@erebe.app
When does Érèbe open?

The date isn’t set yet. Once on the list, you get one email on the day itself, and nothing else.

Does Érèbe send requests without my approval?

No. Every seller detected is submitted to you before anything is sent. Later, you can turn on automatic approval above a confidence threshold you choose, and turn it off at any time.

Do I need a registered trademark?

For your logo or your name, yes: the registered trademark (EUIPO, USPTO, INPI…) is the basis of the request, together with a signed mandate. For your photos and videos, no: copyright arises with the work. Nor for the right to be forgotten: it concerns your own data.

Does Hémera replace a lawyer?

No. She explains your rights and prepares the requests. For a dispute, Érèbe refers you to a professional.

What happens to my email address?

It’s used for a single message: the launch announcement. It comes with an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for its erasure at any time at contact@erebe.app. Privacy
