The “Get notified at launch” list

Sole purpose

To send you a single email: the announcement of Érèbe’s launch. No advertising, no resale, no other use.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box, never pre-ticked.

Data kept

Your email address, the sign-up date, the version of the text you accepted, its language and the form used. Your IP address is not recorded: it is only used, in memory and for a few minutes, to slow down automated submissions.

Retention

In one click, with the link in the email, or simply by writing to contact@erebe.app.

If you write to us

A message sent to contact@erebe.app is only used to reply to you. It is kept for the duration of the exchange, then for at most three years if a business relationship follows, unless you ask for its erasure.

The Érèbe service

Data processed to protect your brand or your name (listings, sellers, pages, evidence) will be covered by a contract and a data processing agreement signed at sign-up.

Your rights
